False Reality

I’ve always struggled with God’s love.  It seemed too good to be true, that God could love someone like me.  Fearing rejection I sought to sooth my soul’s longing with false realities.  Video games, books and movies were my distraction of choice.

God used the teaching and the friendships forged at Grace to bring rest to my weary heart.  Specifically, the Exchanged Life Conference/Workshop and Living Stones Friday night fellowship have blessed my soul.

God has revealed his heart to me here at Grace and filled my soul with hope.  (Jeremiah 29:11)
